In Person Coaching

This package includes: 

1 session a week/ month.      (4 sessions) and a months worth of routines to do outside of session.

Package 2

This package includes:

2 sessions a week/ month    (8 sessions) and a months worth of routines to do outside of session.

Package 3

This package includes:

3 sessions a week/ month (12 sessions) and a months worth of routines to do outside of sessions.

Online Coaching

4 virtual sessions meeting once a week with additional programming.
